This is Mexico

Incredible nature, still unspoiled by urban sprawl.  Sunrise over the hills and valleys of the Central Highlands, dotted with cattle and old cacti. If I turn around, then I see the smog of the city , and to the south, the rush of truck traffic hurtling toward the city. But to the northeast, all I see are hills and valleys, with vaguely surrealist trees, low and spreading across green grass.  Below are canyons cut by the seasonal rivers. The cow path dotted, this morning, by spiderwebs,  glimmering with dew, more than a foot in diameter. In the center of each rests a spider, waiting.
